2. Following Documents & Photographs Are To Be Submitted Along With This Form:

A. Attested Xerox Copy Of Birth Certificate Of The Child, Issued By Municipal Corporation If Required. (Only In Case Of Pre Primary Classes. Any Admission Of Class II Onwards Is Subject To Production Of Original Transfer Certificate. The Prevailing Rule Of Counter Signature Of T.C. Will Apply).

B. Two Copies Of Passport Size Photograph Of The Child.

C. Mark Sheet Of Previous Class & Original Transfer Certificate From The Previous School.

3. Application Form Duly Filled And Completein Every Respect Should Be Submitted At The School Reception On Or Before The Prescribed Date. Any Application Received After The Due Date Will Be Rejected.
